Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from your order date to return your item, as long as it’s unused and in good condition. Email us at contact@moolae.com to start the process. A £3.99 fee applies for returns. Currently, we do not offer returns outside the UK. We’ll professionally disinfect any returned items.

Beyond 14 days, you can always recycle your piece through our programme. We’ll take it back through our recycle programme, ensuring no piece goes to waste!
