Next Day Delivery: Need it faster? Place your order before 12pm, and it’ll arrive the next day for £5.99.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday through Sunday midnight will be shipped on Monday. For international delivery, check out our FAQs for more details.

Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from your order date to return your item, as long as it’s unused and in good condition. Email us at contact@moolae.com to start the process. A £3.99 fee applies for returns. Currently, we do not offer returns outside the UK. We’ll professionally disinfect any returned items.

Recycle Programme
Beyond 14 days, you can always recycle your piece through our programme. We’ll take it back through our recycle programme, ensuring no piece goes to waste!

We’ll recycle your piece, calculate the gold value at market price (minus a small fee), and offer you cash or credit toward something new. Each returned item is melted down and crafted into a fresh design, supporting a circular system. No waste— just value, transparency, and conscious choice.

Approximately 60% of the value of this product is gold, which will continue to endure value and can be recycled at market price at any time.
